Privacy & Confidentiality
We adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and maintain a professional chain of custody for all samples. Your biometric and health data is secured using clinical-grade encryption and is only shared with authorized representative such as employers or court-appointed legal counsel.
Payment & Refund Terms
All services are subject to a mobile call-out fee. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows at the time of collection will be charged the full call-out fee and a processing surcharge. Refunds are not issued once lab processing has commenced.

Payment & Refund Terms
Full payment is required at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been made. Our fees include a mobile call-out fee which is non-refundable once the technician has departed for your location. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will be subject to a full service charge to cover operational and testing costs.

3. Payment & Refund Terms
All services require payment at the time of booking or collection. Our fees include a non-refundable mobile call-out charge. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or inability to provide a sample at the time of the technician's arrival will result in full charge of the call-out fee.
